New Permatang Pauh MP, New Opposition Leader

Hehehe I know my post is a day late but I am one lazy blogger who would rather finish watching her Korean drams first before blogging, but of course, I still keep myself updated via MKini. 😀

Anyway, what does an Opposition do? Oppose only! Just oppose. Whatever the Government proposes, oppose lah! Bangkang saja. Rightly or wrongly, just bangkang. LOL

The ultimate aim of DSAI is of course, not as opposition leader, but to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Heh, there could only be ONE Prime Minister at any one time, so everybody, please queue up.

Anyway, I don’t get this DNA Bill. Why is there a need for such a Bill? HHmm if a person is already in custody, isn’t it so easy to get a hair sample or saliva for DNA testing, with or without his/her knowledge? Like “they” care if it’s against the law? No Bill, no Bill lah. Betul tak?

Blog Audit

For those of you who are not aware because you did not access the forum lately (because there’s too much witch hunting going on) or the blog (because it no longer updates on our dashboard), PPP will be running a blog audit where they will re-review all blogs in the system as a means of quality control.

Right now, it is not clear what basis they are using to decide which blogs make the cut and which do not, but soon we will know. I have a *bad* feeling that the majority of international blogs will be kicked out of the system but just because a blog is written by a blogger who lives in an English speaking country does not make it a “quality blog”.

Quality is so subjective but everyone knows that it has been sorely lacking lately. Perhaps it’s all because of the new, lower requirement which accepts blogs as young as 30 days old with only a minimum of ten posts.

While PPP discourages the set up of blogs solely for the sake of monetary gain, it is doing just the opposite by allowing these new blogs into the system when before, the minimum age of our blogs was three months with at least 90 posts, if I am not mistaken.

It has been said that this blog audit will take a month to complete but common sense tells us that it is not possible to review the 200,000+ blogs in the system within this limited time frame. I expect it to be a continuous effort by Customer Love so if we want to be in the system, we just have to be on our toes at all times.

What are your thoughts on this Blog Audit on PPP?

Joe Galaxy

The other day, I was asking my sister what I should get for my friend’s birthday. My friend is a son of a wealthy guy here in my hometown and you can say that whatever he wants, he could easily buy it. You can imagine how tough it is to get him a gift.

My sister suggested that I get him “knowledge”. I could buy him books or videos but just now, i found something more amazing that I am sure, even with his wealth, he would not have thought of getting it himself.

This product is called Joe Galaxy. It includes more than 800 videos and audio lectures of the hidden truth, from New World Order, The Secret, Alternative Medicine, Universal Laws of Attraction and many other subjects along this line all packaged in an 80 Gig classic iPod. This package is retailed at US$499.

While some people may think that this is too expensive or that these videos and lectures could easily be obtained from the internet, I tell you, it would take up too much of your time doing the research and time is money. Granted, there’s a lot of information on the web but are they correct information?

If you are wondering who would need something like Joe Galaxy, it would be people who are seeking the truth. It would make a perfect gift!

Streamyx Server Problem

This morning, I question if there was a problem with the website of PPP. While the site was down for me for hours on end, I asked a few friends to check for me. Some, who are also using Streamyx broadband connection, told me that they are facing the same problem. Others, who are in foreign countries, hence using another internet provider, faced no issue with accessing PPP.

After 24 hours of not being able to access the site, I finally decided to give Streamyx Customer Care hotline a call. I told them I could not access international sites and that I would like to have my port reset.

After answering a hundred and one questions, the guy finally did it for me. The problem now is that while PPP is accessible, my internet connection is crawling. Why can’t I have both a good connection where I could access any website PLUS a good speed? SIGH!

Vista Eyes Laser Eye Correction Surgery

We never really know how important our vision is and tend to take it for granted until we need glasses. Then we would miss our perfect eyesight.

However, with modern technology, we do not have to make do, put up with or suffer from poor eyesight anymore because our shortcomings could be corrected with laser eye surgery.

Just now, I came across a website of an eye clinic offering laser eye correction surgery in Australia. Reading the information on the site of, I am reassured that there is no pain involved. You know how afraid I am of pain!

If you are looking for laser eye correction melbourne, Australia, perhaps you should check out Vista Eyes. They do provide free information seminar so if you have any doubts, this is the chance to clear them.

Buy One Domain Get One Free!

I received an email early this morning from Register.com informing of their new domain promotion. They are giving away one free domain name for every one purchased. Each person is entitled to up to five domain names purchased, and get five free domain names in the process.

I think this is a good promotional offer though I will not be taking it up. I have twenty blogs not, with only a handful updated regularly through the Olympic Games as I was too busy watching the Games on TV and compiling Google logo art during the Games that I have neglected my other passion blogs.

I don’t even know what domain names to get and what niche they will be. Perhaps I would start a blog on a “Get Paid To” or “Make Money Online” niche.

Register require us to call them up to claim this offer. I wonder why they want us to do that when calling international is not cheap, unless they provide a toll free number or accept call collect.

Another issue is that if you would like to transfer your domain to another registrar before one year is up, since Register.com is seriously expensive, you will have a difficult time doing so. I understand it’s a security concern that they insist on calling us for verification purposes.

Anyway, if you think that the cost of buying a domain name through Register.com is cheaper than two buying from other companies, then this is a good deal.

International Artist Academy

Earlier today, I wrote a post about the guitar that my sister had, a gift from our father but it was too large for her fingers. It has since been sold, mush to my regret. I would like to learn it one day, but I don’t think I have the patience to learn by myself through books and videos.

Just out of curiosity, I checked on the web to see if there’s a school I could go to for guitar lessons and came across International Artist Academy, a music academy with branches all over Australia.

Besides guitar lessons, the International Artist Academy also offers lessons on piano and vocals and basically mould students into well-rounded performing artists. I think that it is awesome that Australians have access to such opportunities. I wish I am brave enough to venture into performing arts fueled by passion alone, even if I may not make a living out of it!
