Planning A Trip To Topsail Island?

I came across a website of a Realtor that specializes in North Carolina’s Surf City and Topsail Island rentals and also the surrounding coastal areas.

These places are very popular vacation destinations so Sand Dollar Real Estate is the specialist when it comes to residential and vacation rentals of these areas.

Did you know that Topsail Island is a barrier island about situated north of Wilmington and is the perfect family getaway? Every year, thousands of families come to Top Sail for an island vacation and when they do, they look for companies like Sand Dollar Real Estate for vacation rentals.

The website of Sand Dollar Real Estate is a breeze to surf through. I could easily search for my desired property by selecting various options like location, budget and the number of beds and baths.

I think anyone who plans to go to Surf City or Topsail Island should give this site a visit and even register for an account. It is free, anyway!

My List – The Malaysian Connection

Midnight is the last hour for submission to Daryl’s My List. Yup, it’s yet another list that I have participated in. Check out my TABS… so many lists, so many linky love. All for mutual benefit, you know?

I myself just participated in it yesterday and let me tell you, my Technorati Authority jumped FIFTEEN *gasp* notches overnight Whhheeeeeeeeee not that it makes much difference in the grand scale of things but it does feel good to see the number rising. I feel LOVED!!

To be frank, I knew about Daryl’s list when it was first initiated but I did not participate. I thought I would check it out “later” when I have the leisure to read through the long instructions but my, how time flies. If not for Daryl’s reminder, I would have forgotten about it totally and missed the dateline. So I managed to submit my blogs on the second last day and I am more than glad to be part of the Malaysian blogroll.

If you are a Malaysian blogger or if you are a foreigner who blogs about Malaysia and her people, do participate. To read the rules, please visit Daryl’s post. Publish My List on your blog and submit your blog URL to Daryl and he will do the necessary.

Source For Compatible Ink

When I bought my printer last month, I was so happy because I paid for it with my hard earned money. Unfortunately, everyone told me how dumb I am for buying such a cheap printer that uses expensive ink!

Well, what could I do now? I already started to use it and after 1.5 months, I am in need of new ink! Trust me when I say Dura-Brite is ultra expensive even if they never smudge!

A friend told me to get compatible ink online. He said that websites like Inkers.biz are great choices because their generic ink is reliable and they have a 30-day money back policy, no questions asked. Moreover, all toners and ink cartridges have a year of warranty against defect. Boy, is that good news. At least we are assured that our money will not go down the drain.

What I am afraid of buying online though, is the shipping charges and delay in delivery but it looks like Inkers.biz have already gotten that out of the way with free ground shipping plus the shortest possible delivery time of 2 – 3 days. I am sold!

Booking Cheap Holidays Online

Lawrence said that once he has settled down in Spain he would welcome me when I take my Spain holidays Spain is a beautiful country I have been told. I used to have a Spanish pen-pal but we have already lost touch.

Lawrence has already done research for me on where to book cheap holidays online. He said that even if I book my holiday package at the last minute, I would still be able to get them cheap thanks to last minute deals from Holiday Hypermarket.

I am only afraid of the expensive air ticket but apparently there are cheap flights. Also, Lawrence said that booking all-inclusive holiday packages will save me a tidy sum a well.

I browsed through Holiday Hypermarket and true enough there are literally millions of discounted holiday packages available for the shrewd traveller. The prices are so tempting and it is so convenient to book a package online that I fell like just packing my bags and leaving. I do need a break!

On Comment: What An Embarrassment!

Recently, I published a post about getting my comment deleted from some one’s blog and that I was pissed off by her action. Well, what an embarrassment. Ten days ago a reader dropped by my blog to leave me a comment. Unfortunately, I did not receive the email notification from Blogger that I usually get telling me to Approve or Reject a comment.

So, I did not know even though I did log into my account. I saw the comment count but I did not click to take an action because I thought that it was a spam comment that was left to me something back.

In actual fact, I have already deleted the spam comment shortly after. Oh my, I was somehow lost in time between deleting that spam comment AND receiving this new one.

I feel so embarrassed to only realise it AFTER ten days. I promptly approved the comment and replied to it, of course, though the level of embarrassment is not as high as the one from MySpace message notification blunder. Geez, I really need to be more alert!

Another Language To Learn

My friend, Lawrence, told me the good news that he will be based overseas soon. He will be an expatriate, earning expatriate income! He said that unfortunately, he will have to take up intensive foreign language classes! I think that should not be a problem fr him because he currently already speaks five Asian languages! Some people just have that flair for languages!

Lawrence said that he wanted to take up an online Spanish course but eventually enrolled with Executive Language Training, or better known as ELT.

What made him decide on ELT is the fact that all their language courses are custom tailored to each specific student. They know that their students, being executives, have a busy schedule so not only are course materials customized but also study hours and the location! That’s right! The trainers will be going to any place that Lawrence is for his class. Isn’t that awesome?

Also, Lawrence said that to receive one-to-one coaching, he is better able to absorb his lessons with the distraction from other students. All these factors helped him make the decision of studying with ELT. I am sure he has made a good choice!

Supporting The Breast Cancer Walk

It has been such a long time since I logged into the forum of PayPerPost because I have been bogged down by so many problems that simply took too much of my energy and time. People who know me in real life know that whenever my monkey is ill, I would not have the mood to do anything.

However, over the Memorial weekend, I went to the forum because I thought that I have to get some linky love exchanges. It is time to promote my blog which I have neglected to do.

Anyway, while I was there, I saw the signature of Colleen who is fund-raising for a breast cancer walk.

The point I am trying to make is that you can do your part by donating only $20 to help Colleen reach her target of raising $2200 for this year’s breast cancer walk. In return, Colleen will link your blog or website from her charity blog, 3DayMom, for one year. This blog has a Google Page Rank of Four. It doesn’t really matter though because this is for a good cause.

If you want to have more information, do check out 3 Day Mom because I am not one for details. All I know is that this is for charity. If you are up to it, you could even donate more than $20. So how about it?
