Since owning an Apple iPhone, I have been trying to fill it up with music. Normally, that would not be a problem at all but recently, we have been warned that we will be fined MYR250,000 should we be caught downloading intellectual material like music, movies and software illegally, So out went my peer-to-peer programs.
I tried searching for free music on the internet and although there are such websites available, the “free” music offered are usually of some really obscure musicians and I don’t really want those!
This morning, I got to know of Nexus Radio, a free internet radio where we only have to download a software, install it, and start scanning the more than seven thousand radio stations spanning 38 different genres of music.
I have to say, this idea is nothing new. However, Nexus Radio is more advanced as we are able to download whatever broadcasts and tracks, automatically named and tagged, for playback later or to copy them to our music devices for music on the go. The only requirement is that your device has t support mp3 format.
If you love music as much as I do and believe that we should not be paying for music then do yourself a favour and check out Nexus Radio.
