Salsa Boot Camp

Have you heard of this website called Salsa Boot Camp? I recently came across it and was very happy because I have been entranced with Salsa for a couple of years now and living in my cow town, there was no where I could learn it. The only popular dance here is ballet. Bah!

SalsaCrazy’s Salsa dance boot camp is actually a website that people who are interested in Latin dances can sign up and learn Salsa, ChaCha, Bachata, Mambo, Merengue and more.

Check out these images. Don’t they just make you want to let your hair down and dance to the Lain music in your head?

Signing up for classes offered by Salsa Boot Camp, we will receive DVDs of quality instructional videos that help us to learn Salsa, or any other Latin dance, at our own pace and convenience. Personally, I think I would prefer to learn from videos that to embarrass myself in a dance class and until such time that I am comfortable with my steps and moves, I will continue to be a closet Salsa dancer!

Removing Cache From Google

After the fiasco that we received from the sponsor of a blog to pay marketplace and the ridiculous decision that the marketplace has taken, I complain to my friend 99.

He told me that there is a way to remove the cache of our blog posts from Google’s Cache. I don’t know how and would need him to show me at the computer. This is no way to teach via phone calls, SMS or instant messengers.

The thing is that, after 24 – 48 hours of publishing a post, it would have been indexed by Google already. This past couple of months, I noticed that Google has been even more efficient in indexing new content, especially of blogs.

How can a sponsor decline a post that followed all the rules as stipulated in the campaign description and then ask us to remove and refuse to pay for the job? And if this really happens, my friend says that I should remove the cache from Google for all the posts that were rejected.

This certainly makes sense because why should we give away link juice for free to a sponsor who created bitterness among us?

Compare, Decide, Apply

I was surfing the internet for a good credit card site, a site that lists the majority of the credit cards that are available on the market when I stumbled upon a credit card search engine. This is actually not a search engine as we know it but a site where we can compare the similar brands of credit cards all in one page.

If I did not check this site, I would not know that there are so many types of cards that cater to different groups of people and I realize that there is no good or bad card but only cards that suit our lifestyle the most.

I saw some Sports Credit Cards that I think are pretty neat. You get reward points that you can redeem for official merchandise of your favourite teams. Isn’t that awesome? I can think of a couple of my sports freak fans who would love to get their grubby hands on these!

Is It My Eyes??

I’m kinda weird. I subscribe to my own Blog To Email alert via FeedBlitz and set it to send me an email daily from my own blogs. I do it because every time I read that email alert, I surely will find some typing or grammatical error. I don’t know what is wrong with me but I swear that I have checked and double checked all my posts, sponsored or not, by reading them a couple of times and using Spell Check before publishing them.

And being the semi-perfectionist that I am, I would have to go and edit my posts, but by then readers would have read my mistakes lol

The other day, I received a ping back for a post that I published ages ago, so I went to reread my post to refresh my memory and see what that post was all about. Oh my goodness, there were so many errors that I was embarrassed for myself, if that was possible! One thing I have to blame is writing in a half asleep state. Happens all the time!

The Miracle Berry

I have heard so much about Goji Berries from friends that I decided that I should read up on its benefits from the internet. Surprisingly, from just berries, many products could be make from them, including dry goji berries and Goji Berry Juice.

These products are very popular for people who would like to maintain or improve on their health as Goji berries, in particular those from the Himalayans are considered to be the single food source with the most nutrients and has the most antioxidants when tested by ORAC labs.

Apparently, people who eat goji berries regularly in whatever form or drink its juice, manage to keep many a modern day sickness at bay including heart diseases, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and even cancer! Also, it has been reported that the person who lived the longest in history also was known to eat this on a daily basis.

This just sounds like a miracle berry, doesn’t it? I think people who would like to keep healthy should adopt a better lifestyle and it does not harm to try Goji berries out too!

How Many Posts On Homepage?

When I first started this blog, I set to display seven recent posts on the homepage. Soon after, I adjusted it to display ten of my most recent posts. However, I find myself publishing about ten posts daily and I am wondering what value I am giving to my sponsors.

How many posts do you think is appropriated for me to render on the homepage? With my Blogger blog, I have set it to display seven DAYS of posts. You know, I publish anything from ten to sixteen posts over there daily, on a good day, so you can imagine the long page that my homepage has become. Over there, I am thinking if I should put five days only.

I know I am over thinking but would really appreciate some input. Some people may think that it is too difficult to scroll down, but in my case, my blogroll is not that long but the page will be long if I were to display fifteen posts, for example.

The WebSite of A Plastic Surgeon

Just now, as I was surfing the internet, I came across the website of a Los Angeles plastic surgeon. I am not really surprised that in America, doctors and dentists are allowed to set u websites, but it is not the same here in Malaysia. Professional people are not allowed to “advertise” their services.

I am not sure if you have heard of this plastic surgeon before but he is very famous among the Hollywood celebrity set. You know, word of mouth marketing is so powerful that once he does a good job on a star, she (or maybe he), would tell friends and family about what a great experience he received in the hands of so-and-so surgeon.

And then these stars, they get paid so much it is their JOB to look good 24/7 and most of them are actually just ordinary people like you and I and surely they need a little surgical intervention! That’s why almost every Hollywood star has gone through a celebrity plastic surgery before.

Not too long ago, I read that Hollywood stars on the average earn a obscene amount of money A MINUTE! I don’t know how we can let that happen but I think we need to look at beautiful people to assure ourselves that the world is all fine and rosy!

One of the most sought after plastic surgery procedure, according to this website is the Los Angeles Breast Augmentation. I can understand why but it is a shame that a woman could only feel beautiful because of the size of her breasts! I don’t know what made their mindset such. Perhaps it is all the doing of Hollywood itself, of it could be because men are sending such signals!

But then, I surely understand why some people would need to look good to feel good. I too would want to do something like this if it is totally PAIN-FREE!
