It seems ironic that such a good medication used to treat or even just control epileptic seizures in children and adults has been linked to a birth defect in the lips and palate of children, whose mothers were prescribed with Topamax while pregnant. Of course, there are many degrees of severity and I don’t think all cases were caused by Topamax.

A friend, who took a two-year hiatus from blogging, to concentrate on her other work, has decided to go back to blogging.
