A friend told me that he has been researching on option trading and it would make good side income if he could make some small gains. He’s not greedy, he said. Moreover, he told me that he could trade options online at his office since business is so slow lately. Well, he could do that since he is the boss!

I have never traded options before but I know that there are some pretty useful tools that he could use. I have been planning to take up a beauty course but could not decide if I should enroll in a nail art, make up or hair school. I have interest in all of these beauty courses but do not know where my talent and creativity lie, if they exist at all in the first place!

If I have the time and funds, I would learn everything that has to do with beauty, just like what my sister is doing. Perhaps one day, we could combine forces and start our own all-inclusive exclusive beauty saloon.

Of course, first I must enroll in a recognized beauty school and gain professional working experience upon graduation. With recognized certification, that should not be a problem, right?

I was discussing with a friend about my plans to purchase a used car. Since I plan to purchase it online, my friend was rather worried. He said that for someone like me who have no experience owning a car, it is better for me to purchase a new car that comes with a 5-year warranty plan.

However, my father advised me differently. He told me that even with a used car, there is nothing to worry about as long as we spend some money to overhaul it after purchasing the car.

With two differing opinions, frankly, I cannot decide. Of course, if I have enough funds, I would surely buy a spanking new car!

My friend told me that he has started a new hobby; collecting coins. I was surprised because I thought that it’s a dying hobby already, a hobby that people in my parents’ generation prefer.

Anyway, to start off his new coin collection, he has acquired a couple of new dollar coins which he really likes. He showed them to me but I didn’t know the difference between these coins and those that are in my mother’s coin collection. I know, though, that my mother would love to get her hands on them!

Judging from my friend’s new found knowledge on dollar coins, I think that he is serious in this hobby and would in no time collect more coins! Personally, I don’t appreciate the hobby but I admit that these coins make great investment!

A friend told me that as the owner of a fabrication plant, he has to follow strict safety procedures and make sure that all his workers are covered by insurance.

According to this friend, there was a company of a similar fabrication plant that was sued for worker injury because of a mistake on the part of the management. The company had to pay a huge sum in compensation.

My friend says that he does not want to be in those shoes. If an accident happens, insurance will take care of the problem. My friend jokes that if he was sued by an experienced Nebraska Personal Injury Lawyer, he may have to close his business and he doesn’t want that to happen!

I just received the awful news from a friend that her uncle had his leg amputated. It is a very trying time for the family, not only for the patient. Being an amputee is a life changing medical condition but the man is pretty strong willed. He was up and about soon after.

I told my friend that it’s fortunate that her uncle is web savvy and even though his mobility is curbed now, he could still connect to the outside world at home from the computer.

It’s also lucky that he is used to shopping online and has no problems trusting major online retailers. He used to shop for ensure online every time he forgets to pick it up at the local store.

Now he could shop for his own medical supplies at the comfort of his home without asking for favors from family members. I think that is very liberating for someone in his position.
