FOOD – New FaceBook Application

As you know, I still have not signed up with FaceBook despite its popularity. I went there but I have no idea what s inside because they only allow us access to the site after registration. My friend told me it is another social network portal and you all know what I think about online social networking 😀

Then just now, I was introduced to this Facebook Food application from FriendsEAT.com. Using this application, users would be able to connect with other FOOD users and add them as friends, browse FriendsEAT.com, search for restaurants and even make reservations and many more features.

The developers of FOOD already promised that they will be adding more features in the coming days. My, talking about food is making me hungry!

I know I told my friend that I will not join FaceBook unless he joins so that we can “Add” each other but now with something like Food, I think I will register with FaceBook right now!

Fuel My Blog & BlogWorld Expo

Two weeks ago, I wrote about a contest that CrispAds is running in conjunction with BlogWorld Expo. A couple of days ago, I received an email update from Fuel My Blog and they are also running a contest where the winner will win a free 2-day pass to BlogWorld Expo.

It is very exciting to know that Fuel My Blog will have a blog bus to BlogWorld Expo in Las Vegas from San Francisco and it looks like it is open to any Fuel My Blog blogger who is interested in a ride and not like PayPerPost‘s Orlando to Las Vegas bus where they will only select one or two lucky bloggers, if I did not read wrongly, if my memory serves me right and if the plans did not change. Yep, I think I have got my ass covered now!

Fuel My Blog always have exciting contests going on and if you are not a member then you re missing on lots of goodies. My only hope is that I have the time to drop by and participate in their forum *sigh*

Exploring Money Making Opportunities With AndrewTalk

Look what I discovered this morning! It is a new blog that helps us to earn money online. Yes, this is a passion of mine. Otherwise, why do I run a string of blogs? Haha! Although AndrewTalk.com is a new blog, it is already filled with valuable content on the various websites and programs that pay.

One thing I would like to point out is that E*Trade may not work for people living outside the United States to withdraw money from their PayPal account. This is because a couple of months ago, E*Trade has a new policy where people living outside the United States will have their E*trade account held by their branch office in Hong Kong.

Moreover, they no longer provide the debit card for such account holders. I know, because I too have an E*Trade account that is held by E*Trade Hong Kong and is most definitely useless when it comes to linking it to PayPal. E*Trade will only work if the applicant can get an account held by E*Trade USA, but with their new policy to curb such a misuse, it is almost impossible now.

Anyway, there are many other money making opportunities discussed on AndrewTalk and I would be spending more time checking them out. I can’t be blogging forever, you know? I would love to expand and improve on the performance of my passive income streams.

Andrew mentioned that he just turned 21 on 1st September. Happy Birthday, Andrew! I am impressed that for a guy so young, he is thinking so far ahead. Let’s join Andrew to learn and explore the many possibilities of monetizing our blogs and earning some money online! If others can earn a five-figure income per month just by blogging, so can we!

SEVEN Blogs – ENOUGH!!!!

Oh my goodness! I have been blogging non stop these few days that I feel like giving up! With seven active blogs, I am not sure that there are many people who could handle it. The problem with all these blogs is that I do not have the time to spare to build backlinks and improve on my Google Page Rank. I know, I should just improve on it and not start more blogs.

I know of people with more blogs that myself but I only feel comfortable if I have at least ten spare posts tucked in drafts so even if I have no assignments to complete, I would still be blogging away beefing up my back up posts!

These few days, I have been publishing at least ten posts per blog and at this pace, I am going to wear myself down. I need a break from blogging!

Apart from these seven active blogs, I still have four passion blogs that I kept as a hobby which are dormant now and a group blog that I am supposed to contribute to occasionally but where do I have the time??

Keeping Your Records Safe

Not too long ago, I talked about being overloaded with passwords. Today, I was told that I could keep my passwords in a safely and securely in an Online Safe Deposit Box at KeepYouSafe.com.

Registering for an account is free and we are not asked for our credit card number. With this free account, we can store our text-based records and other files. However, space is limited so if we want to store more records, we can upgrade to a premium account which s only $4 per month. We can downgrade our account when we do not require as much storage space later.

You may wonder what sort of records you can keep with such an online safe deposit box. Well, off hand, I can think of your passport, identity card, insurance policies and just about any document that we think is important enough to scan and save with KeepYouSafe.com

It does make sense to store our important documents in a remote area. It certainly beats keeping photocopies of these important documents at home!

KEEPYOUSAFE.COM ANNOUNCES OPENING OF 10,000th ONLINE SAFE DEPOSIT BOX(SM)

Westchester, NY – September 19, 2007

KeepYouSafe(SM) (http://www.keepyousafe.com), the leader in providing secure, easy to use, online vital record storage for consumers and businesses, today announced that it has surpassed the 10,000 Online Safe Deposit Box milestone and has recently doubled the capacity in its North American and European facilities to keep up with demand.

“We are thrilled to announce that we recently opened our 10,000th Online Safe Deposit Box. This milestone demonstrates that people really trust KeepYouSafe to protect their most important documents, legal records, and other vital information” said Eric Wolbrom, CEO of Information Survival, the company behind the Online Safe Deposit Box.

“Don’t confuse KeepYouSafe with a backup service. Our service has been built to ensure maximum security and privacy at all times; in fact we have more security than most online banks. Think of KeepYouSafe as a Safe Deposit Box inside the vault at your bank where you might keep your birth certificate or insurance policy, as opposed to a traditional backup service which is more like the Self Storage place where you put a few boxes and your old coffee table”, Wolbrom says.

The company believes that everyone should have the peace of mind that comes from knowing their vital records are protected. KeepYouSafe offers a free Online Safe Deposit Box sized to store the most important information, and large-sized boxes are available for only $4 per month.

About KeepYouSafe.com

KeepYouSafe.com provides Online Safe Deposit Boxes to consumers and businesses to securely store important records and other information and be able to access those stored records from anywhere, at any time, via the internet.

The personal information stored in an Online Safe Deposit Box is available to the box’s owners only, unless individual box owners choose to grant access to family members and/or trusted friends. Each box’s contents are protected by the same strong encryption and other security technologies used by the U.S. military to secure “top secret” rated data and communication.

The KeepYouSafe Online Safe Deposit Box service is provided by Information Survival, LLC. The service launched in January 2007 and was designed and developed by a team of certified security professionals with decades of deep experience in keeping critical data safe and secure.

Information Survival LLC is a privately held security company based in New York.

Peoples’ Petition to The Agong

I have been a closet reader of Malaysia Today for ages but I never commented and did not register with the site. Reading it doe snot mean that I agree with the writer whole-heartedly but I find RPK’s writing style witty and his English is excellent.

I saw the Peoples’ Petition to The Agong on the site not too long ago. I did not think anything of it. Then my friend sent me a link to the petition and asked me to sign the petition.

Anyway, I what I think is that Malaysia needs more peace and security. The recent case of the girl who was sexually assaulted, tortured and finally killed, sounds an urgent call for action as it shows us how mentally sick someone can be and he is in out midst.

I think that we should start a petition to seek peace so that we can recapture the sense of security that we have lost.

Where to Find Cheap Health Insurance?

Just now when I was looking for information on health insurance and in particular cheap health insurance, I stumbled upon the website of QuoteSphere. This company has a very good reputation for the past three years providing life insurance, car insurance, home insurance and long term care insurance. They just ventured into offering health insurance, catering to people who are looking for inexpensive health insurance.

But first, don’t listen to me because what you should really do if you do not yet have health insurance, especially a cheap health insurance package, is to request from QuoteSphere a cheap health insurance quote. With this quote, you can then compare their rates with other companies and you will know if QuoteSphere is really providing low cost health insurance!

To me, though, not only do I want an insurance company to offer me cheap health insurance but also one that I can rely on, that is why the company’s reputation is very important to me! QuoteSphere already has three years in the insurance industry and that should be reliable enough!
