Did you know, my Streamyx was down from slightly after 2pm yesterday till 11am this morning? Apparently, there was a problem with the exchange in my area and it affected Streamyx subscribers in my area. I called up TM’s customer care centre and the guy who fielded my call told me that I was not the only customer from Ipoh lodging a complaint.
Luckily, I have my Celcom 3G line to fall back on. This was the second time that I used my back up line for such long hours. The first time was a couple of months ago when there was an issue with my telephone line. I still don’t know what happened with that even though my bills are all up-to-date.
This time, once again, my Nokia E61i had to work full time. I connected it via Bluetooth and I think that the line is more stable using Bluetooth that using USB cable. At least it does not disconnect that often.
Unfortunately, getting online for such long hours (I was working on my website), was really battery draining. I had to keep it charging the whole time. Phew… luckily all is well again now.
