There is a TransUnion Class Action Lawsuit, if you haven’t already know yet, and O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath is offering free consultation to anyone is has been a victim of TransUnion, a credit company, that has allegedly illegally sold credit information of their customers to marketing companies who then, as you know, would take every opportunity to spam whoever that have been placed on their mailing list.
At least point, I do not know the quantum of claims that victims are eligible but it is said that people affected by this action by TransUnion would be entitled to monetary compensation from a pre-established fund of $75 million.
