Support For Jones Act Lawsuit

I recently read about Democratic Presidential nominee, Senator Barack Obama’s pledge to support jones act lawsuit, a Federal law that allows injured sea crew to seek compensation in the unfortunate event of personal injury while at sea, as a result of negligence on their employer’s part.
