Lousy Celcom Flash Website
September 7, 2008 – 3:34 pmI have been a subscriber of Celcom for more than two years and I tell you, each time I needed information from their website, I am made to click on every link looking for the information and yet fail. I then end up calling their Customer Service line!
I know I am not the only one and it is not because I am stupid or not web savvy that I am not able to get the information that I want. I have talked to many Celcom customers and they all tell me the same thing.
If you talk about new Celcom features or whatever promotion that Celcom is running, nobody would be able to obtain the info from their site and depend on advertisements in the papers or brochures from Celcom offices.
That’s why I always say, it is no use to have a flashy website that nobody could obtain the information they want!
