Streamyx Server Problem
August 28, 2008 – 12:04 amThis morning, I question if there was a problem with the website of PPP. While the site was down for me for hours on end, I asked a few friends to check for me. Some, who are also using Streamyx broadband connection, told me that they are facing the same problem. Others, who are in foreign countries, hence using another internet provider, faced no issue with accessing PPP.
After 24 hours of not being able to access the site, I finally decided to give Streamyx Customer Care hotline a call. I told them I could not access international sites and that I would like to have my port reset.
After answering a hundred and one questions, the guy finally did it for me. The problem now is that while PPP is accessible, my internet connection is crawling. Why can’t I have both a good connection where I could access any website PLUS a good speed? SIGH!
