FireFox 2.0
July 24, 2008 – 11:36 pmThe other day, I upgraded my Firefox to the latest version 3 on my desktop computer upon the urging of my friend who ground the latest Firefox to be “fantastic” and working perfectly. I told him to try out the add-ons that I use to see if they worked on the new Firefox. He reported back that they worked great and that I have nothing to worry about.
So I upgraded my Firefox too but after intensive use of the plug ins that I MUST have running each second I am connected to the internet and I am connected each second my computer is turned on, I found that the plug ins do not work as well as my friend has reported that do.
I was a little pissed off when I found out because it caused me error in my work but there was nothing I could do on short notice. However, now that I know about the problem, I decided not to downgrade my FireFox on my desktop. However, neither do I have plans to upgrade my Firefox on my notebook.

After all the bad reviews I read about the new FireFox, I haven’t yet upgraded any of my computers yet. I too use way too many plugins for it. This just confirms my decision!
