One Million Love Messages
September 18, 2007 – 11:05 pmI have been online for quite a few years now and have surfed to hundreds of thousands of websites and blogs. The other day, I was blog hopping and someone mentioned about the site, One Million Love Messages.
Just now I had the chance to check it out and boy was I blown away by the feelings that have been expressed so openly on a public domain and the emotions that were shared.
This site is very real and makes a great read when we sometimes feel like we are in the dumps and that no one loves us. This is also a great place for people who are skeptical about love *sigh*
From what I understand, the owner of the site is receiving love messages from love birds all over the world and he is publishing them online as they come in the hopes of hitting one million messages. If I remember correctly, I read that he hoped to meet this target by Valentine’s Day 2008 but I can’t seem to find this target on the website.
Anyway, I love the concept of this site and I wish I was the one who thought about it!

Very cute idea! It feels very similar to grouphug.us. I imagine you might be able to start something similar, valentine’s day is coming up and all.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for coming by! I’ve never heard of GroupHug. Let me check it out! Thanks for the heads up.
I don’t have time to manage something like this but it’s a cool idea to bring people together.
