Domain Name Poser
September 1, 2007 – 1:12 amThe other day, I said that I am itchy-fingered wanting to start a new blog. Well I checked a few names but they were all already taken. Even my name is already taken and left a third choice of DOT ORG. Well, it does not appeal to me at all. What to do, my name is so common :-/
Anyway, I chatted with my friend, my sifu, and he told me not to get my personal name but to get something neutral. The problem is all the good sounding neutral word, terms and phrases have already been booked. How ah?
I would like to start as soon as possible so that it will have a page rank in the earliest Google Page Rank but I don’t know if I can make it in time or not.
Also, once again, I am going to have to decide on Blogger or WordPress *sigh*

One of my blog names is too neutral, I’ve decided. Maybe you don’t need to use your name, but something more colorful will attract more traffic. People come to my blog smellshorsey just to sniff around….

Thanks for taking the time to comment and I apologise for my late response. Smellshorsey is such a unique name! If you are planning to use it for publishing sponsored posts, advertisers may not take too kindly to that, though!
